Perpetua Joins the Ascential Family 🎉

Today, I am thrilled to announce that Perpetua has joined the Ascential family!

Thank you. Without your confidence in our product and team, we wouldn’t have been able to achieve this incredible milestone in such a short period of time.

The eCommerce optimization market was catapulted 5 years into the future in 2020, driven by the massive world-wide shift to digital commerce and the increasing complexity in eCommerce value chains. By partnering with Ascential, an established player in the digital commerce space, yet retaining our independence, we have accelerated our timeline to supporting new marketplaces, strengthened our position as a market leader for Amazon growth, and ultimately, we will be able to serve our customers better through an enhanced ability to focus on key innovations to our core products.

Our pricing structure will stay the same and we will be able to support your digital advertising needs across more channels and platforms sooner. Ascential’s network provides immediate access to additional global marketplaces to get your brands in front of more consumers, faster.

Through this partnership we have also unlocked the resources and reach to build a true growth infrastructure platform. Due to the network effect of Ascential’s ~$1B in ad spend we can develop infrastructure as a service. And just like we saw eCommerce sales increase in 2020, we will see these services connected across multiple platforms and marketplaces in the future.
